Delete your account

Last updated June 10, 2026. You can permanently delete your Shidduch Card account and all associated data at any time, from the app or the website. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

From the mobile app

1. Open Shidduch Card and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

From the website

1. Sign in at shidduchcard.com/sign-in.
2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

If you can’t sign in

Email shidduchcard@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We verify the request against the account email and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity
• Your card (all profile information)
• All photos you uploaded
• All share links, revoked instantly, so shared copies stop working
• References and their contact details
• Notification and view history associated with your account

Active subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased through (App Store, Google Play, or Stripe), deleting your account does not bill you further, but cancel the subscription in the store to stop its renewal. Encrypted backup snapshots that may contain your data age out automatically within 7 days of deletion. We retain nothing else beyond what the law requires.
